Kenny Orr

Starting in 1987, Kenneth Orr joined a small family business that would, by 1993, become known as North American Agriculture, Inc., and employ hundreds of people, Kenneth Orr received experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as financings.  After selling his interest in NAA, Mr. Orr founded an investment banking and retail brokerage firm which became known as First Cambridge Securities.  By 1997, the firm had grown to over 300 employees servicing over 15,000 investors, executing more than tens of thousands of trades per month with offices in New York and Los Angeles.  The firm underwrote or participated in billions of dollars of financings of numerous public companies.  In 1997, Mr. Orr elected to concentrate on investing his own capital and the capital of his family exclusively.  Kenneth Orr is the principal of Triumph Small Cap Fund, Inc.  Mr. Orr continued his philanthropic activities.  Mr. Orr’s current focus remains on his financing of emerging companies, through Triumph Small Cap Fund, the charitable work, through the Orr FOundation and his loving family.
